This time, from Angela, heading back into Kramatorsk yesterday.. “We honestly thought our last run into Kramatorsk would be our final one, but as long as we still have a window to get inside, we are going to take it. The situation on the ground is becoming increasingly difficult with each passing day. For the first time today, I’m wearing my body armour on the road. These little puppies have just arrived at our warehouse in Lviv after a long, exhausting 24-hour journey with Pen. They are MORE than ready for some fresh air, leg stretching, and lots of puppy playtime with Liuba and Vol - our two amazing members of staff in Ukraine! 🐶❤️🐱 The best part? They are safe now, and will be ready for their forever homes to families there very soon! A massive thank you to everyone who supports us and made this rescue mission from Kramatorsk possible 🙏✨ #AnimalRes

One of 10 shelters that is helping us with the evacuation out of frontline Kramatorsk. 3 hours on the road, checkpoint delays, and a total sat-nav meltdown… rinse and repeat from the day before really! He started at 7:00am in the heat, and after navigating some seriously high-risk roads, managed to reach a place to pull over for the night, just before the curfew kicked in. Bedtime, but not before Pen dived right in to clean and feed the loud little f
