If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Start a return
To easily start a return, simply email sales@nowzad.com. In your email, please include your invoice number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item(s). This information helps us process your return efficiently.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@nowzad.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We are here to help!
Exchanging an Item?
No problem! If you need a different size or want to exchange an item for another, just send an email to sales@nowzad.com. Please include your order number and the details of the item you would like to exchange. We will process your request and send your new item out as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. However, please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days (depending on your bank or credit card company) for the refund to appear in your account.
