The 28th September was #worldrabiesday and our team in Kabul sure made the most of it to raise awareness of this deadly disease.
• Nowzad Veterinarians Dr Reshad and Dr Hamida were interviewed on 1TV’s morning show highlighting the dangers of rabies and describing Nowzad’s important work to prevent it.
• Nowzad took part in a Kabul based conference with the Animal Health Directorate, Kabul University, and the municipality as well as many others.
Nowzad were highly praised in the meeting for the important work we are carrying out in the fight against rabies.
• Finally, we handed out brochures and information on rabies awareness to the general public on the streets of Kabul!
