We know that many of you will be deeply concerned by the news of the air strikes on Kabul last night. We want to share a brief, reassuring update regarding the Nowzad family. All of our staff and their families in Kabul are safe. The Nowzad Hospital was an absolute WHIRLWIND of activity yesterday, for World Spay Day - the first one in our new hospital! Our vet team hit an incredible target by the end of the day – carrying out TNVR for 80 stray dogs and cats collected from every corner of Kabul. These animals are currently resting in our hospital, recovering from successful spay and neuter surgeries. By preventing future litters, we’ve removed the heavy physical burden of reproduction and nursing off these animals too –
