For the second consecutive year, the Global Alliance for Rabies Control has partnered with Boehringer-Ingelheim to deliver the World Rabies Day awards. And we are super proud that our very own Dr Reshad, senior Nowzad vet has been selected as an awardee of the Veterinary Clinic champion!

We could not be more proud! Well done Dr Reshad!

It’s crazy how quickly a normal day on-site can turn into a life-saving mission. When roadwork began in Pul-e-Charkhi, Kabul, engineers made a discovery beneath the asphalt they were breaking up - 15 tiny puppies from four different litters, all huddled together inside holes under the road. Recognising the danger the pups were in, the engineers stopped their machinery and called our Nowzad animal hospital for help.
