HELP NOWZAD BRING RESCUED DOGS FROM AFGHANISTAN TO THE UK

In the heart of Kabul, Afghanistan - amidst the turmoil and challenges - there are countless dogs roaming the streets. Most are suffering from starvation and disease, and all are in desperate need of care and love.

Just like the people of Afghanistan following the Taliban takeover in 2021 and after decades of conflict, these resilient animals have endured unimaginable hardships. But they now have a chance at a better life.

☀️ Summer is officially here in Kabul! And, as you can see, the local Nowzad «Gentleman’s Club» is making the most of it! Our roving ambassador, Fury, was out catching some rays today with Babri and Diesel. They might be thousands of miles away from the UK, but these 3 are definitely channelling those May Bank Holiday vibes today — just with a lot more guaranteed sunshine! That midday Kabul heat is no joke though, so we made sure they were properly kitted out.. We hope everyone back home ha

It’s National Rescue Dog Day today❤️ Today is National Rescue Dog Day in the UK — a day dedicated to raising awareness for the thousands of dogs still waiting in shelters, celebrating the joy of adopted pets, and encouraging future owners to consider rehoming rather than buying a puppy. Sparky - our most recent rehoming success - is now thriving in a loving home after leaving his Kabul shelter days behind him. Just look at him in his new home now - doing everything a dog should do. 🚨 The official Operation Kramatorsk T-shirts and tote bags have landed in our warehouse and are ready to ship! Every order directly supports our emergency evacuation mission in Ukraine, helping fund the fuel, rescue vehicles and vital supplies needed to get vulnerable animals to safety. We even got Pen Farthing and Dr Lach to model them for you — and we think they look brilliant. Nowzad and the team continue working just kilometres from the frontline, and the mission is far from over. When

Late one night, two Ukrainian soldiers contacted Lachlan and Angela after finding a frightened young dog near the frontline in Kramatorsk. They wanted to get him somewhere safe🙏 What they expected was a puppy. Instead, they found a beautiful dog around one year old, absolutely petrified by whatever he had been through. He would simply freeze in fear. They fed him, sat with him, and reassured him overnight in their apartment. With his striking, different coloured eyes, including one crystal bl
