World Animal Day 2023
06 October 2023

Our vets in Kabul spent the day at one of Kabul’s brick kilns vaccinating lots of working horses and donkeys there, providing free water troughs and even building portable stables to offer some protection to the animals from the sun’s relentless heat.

There are moments in rescue work when you look at an animal and realise they are down to their final few days.
