Nowzad Team Makes Significant Impact on World Spay Day 2025 

In a powerful display of dedication to animal welfare, Nowzad’s team of seven skilled veterinarians made a significant contribution to the 2025 World Spay Day. On February 25th, our team successfully spayed/neutered an amazing 32 cats and 41 dogs, while also providing vital rabies vaccinations to help reduce disease incidence and transmission to humans.

Meet our very special girl, Echo. Echo may not be able to see the world clearly, but she has found her own beautiful way of experiencing it. Rescued as a tiny baby from the illegal wildlife trade in Afghanistan, Echo arrived at Nowzad frightened and unsure of the people around her.
