We know so many of you have been anxiously waiting for news on the brave felines evacuated from Ukraine, and on this very rainy #Caturday, we are so pleased to bring you an update on them all.

They are currently tucked away far off in the middle of nowhere, western Ukraine, surrounded by nothing but tranquility. For these cats, the best part of their new home is what isn’t there — they are finally safe and will never have to listen to the terrifying, traumatising sound of explosions ever again. The immense stress of their previous lives is definitely starting to wear off. Day by day, we are watching them relax, stretch out, and just know peace and calm.

A special Caturday shout-out goes to our incredible "granny" Asya! Despite her 15 years of wisdom, this brave senior is holding up incredibly strong and taking everything in her stride.

Of course, every family has a little bit of drama, and the beautiful grey British cat has turned out to be a bit of a wild child. While she’s been acting a little feisty, the other cats are completely unfazed. They got used to her antics almost immediately and remain hilariously unimpressed by her wild side.

The road here wasn't easy, but seeing them finally get used to their peaceful new surroundings makes every single mile worth it.
