Hannah was found sitting at the gate near to the Nowzad shelter in Dec 2012.  She was on a leash and just sitting there waiting patiently for someone to come along and see her!  Fortunately pen & Hannah spotted her and the well natured young pup was taken in and quickly became part of the Nowzad family.

Hannah showed some special qualities which identified as a great candidate for service dog training. So with fundraising we were able to send her to America to War Dogs Making it Home where she was trained to be paired with a US veteran struggling with PTSD.

Hannah passed her training with flying colours and now lives happily in America assisting her veteran.
