Liuba is a qualified veterinary doctor who has dedicated most of her professional life to project management. She was fortunate to join the outstanding Nowzad team in 2022, and since then has been able to combine both of her fields of expertise.

Thanks to the support of international friends, local volunteers, shelters, and countless compassionate individuals, the team has achieved what often seems impossible: delivering food and veterinary supplies to frontline communities, running sterilisation programmes, and supporting those who stand on the front line every day.

Liuba is proud of her team and deeply grateful to everyone for their trust, support, and belief that kindness can prevail even in the darkest times.
