Across Kabul & the local brick kilns, working horses pull heavy carts every day. But traditional harness contact points—especially across the chest & shoulders—are hard & unforgiving. Day after day, the friction digs in, causing severe skin abrasions that quickly turn into painful open wounds.
Following the success of our Kind Carts launch last month, we have a crucial new mission: The Padding Initiative!
By replacing hard contact points with durable, soft cushioning, we can evenly distribute friction, stop painful sores before they start, & dramatically improve the quality of life for these hardworking animals.
