Look who—or rather what’s—ready to hit the road!
The dream team is finally back together — with our fearless leader Pen of course, Dr. Lach Campbell from Australia, and Angela all the way from the Netherlands! They are heading out in the Nowzad Veterinary Response Vehicle to provide essential neutering, spaying, and vaccinations for shelter animals in the southeast of Ukraine, Dnipro and hopefully Zaphorhizia.
A HUGE thank you to Almo Nature and everyone who voted for us in the Almo Nature 2025 Call for Projects! Thanks to your incredible votes and support, Almo Nature provided the majority of the funding needed to purchase and transform this decommissioned ambulance into a life-saving mobile clinic. We couldn't have done it without this fabulous organisation and all you supporters!
When we evacuate dogs from the front lines, they need a safe shelter to go to — and this particular shelter where we are based this coming week came to the rescue, back in May. Now, we are supporting them to ensure the dogs stay healthy and no unwanted puppies arrive.
Lach and Angela, Pen, Nina, and Tony are setting off any minute now, on a couple of days' journey across the country - alongside “Ambo”! The evac van we posted about on Wednesday.
Please keep the donations and support coming in! We will make sure every bit goes directly to where it is needed most to keep these animals safe and healthy:

Thank you all for your incredible support! And stay tuned for more updates and photos from the road next week!
