What an awesome day in sunny Peoria, Illinois! Huge shoutout to our amazing volunteer Deb and the wonderful team — including Hilary — who represented Nowzad at Bark in the Park today!
Working with just a quick 3-hour window and a limited supply of merch, the team did a fantastic job spreading the word about our mission and raising an incredible $400. Deb even had 20 extra custom Nowzad logo t-shirts printed for the event, which were a huge hit! One local veteran stopped by to chat, was super impressed by our Operation Kramatorsk journey, and left wearing a new shirt.
Connecting with supporters — especially veterans who resonate so deeply with our work — makes every minute worthwhile.
