The Great Hampstead Bark Off is a much-loved charity dog show bringing together dogs, their owners and animal lovers for a fantastic day celebrating our four-legged friends and the importance of animal rescue and welfare.
Joining us on the day will be Nowzad founder Pen Farthing, alongside David Hill, our wonderful volunteer and dedicated supporter. Come along and meet the Nowzad team, hear more about our work supporting animals and the people who care for them, and discover how you can support or get involved with our mission.
Whether you’re entering your dog in the show or simply coming along to enjoy the day, make sure you stop by and say hello. We’d love to meet you — and, of course, your four-legged companions!

11:30am — Golden Oldie
Show off those grey muzzles with pride as we celebrate our wonderful golden oldies — dogs aged 7 and over.
12:00pm — Miss Hampstead Heath
Girl power is in full swing! Enter your fabulous female dog for her chance at the big time.
12:45pm — Best Rescue
Celebrate our very favourite breed — rescue! We can’t wait to meet your wonderful rescue dogs in one of our favourite categories.
1:30pm — Mr Hampstead Heath
The boys are back in town! Enter your handsome chap and give him his chance to shine.
2:00pm — Best International Rescue
Does your rescue dog have international flair — a certain je ne sais quoi? We want to see our international rescues strut their stuff and show us what makes them special.
2:30pm — Waggiest Tail
“Happiness is a dog.” Spread the joy, put your happiest paw forward and wag those tails with pride!
3:00pm — Best in Show & Close
Important Information
Please keep the weather in mind if you are planning to dress your dog. If it is warm, please leave costumes at home.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
