Ninja came to our clinic after being found with horrific injuries to his leg. Amputation was the only option, but this brave boy has never let that define him. Today, Ninja is the kennel social butterfly — expressive, bright, and full of character.

He has a charming quirk: Ninja talks to himself in his kennel. He also chatters while he plays, and although it can sound dramatic at first, it’s simply his unique way of communicating. Once you know him, it becomes one of the sweetest things about him.

Ninja loves people, and his tail never stops wagging. He enjoys the company of other dogs and is happiest when he has companionship. As a tripaw, he cannot manage long walks, so a home with a secure garden would be ideal, giving him space to explore, play, and relax at his own pace.

He has been in our kennels for a long time, watching other dogs leave for their new lives. It’s time for Ninja to finally have his own family — a place where he can belong, be understood, and be loved.
One of Ninja’s greatest joys is grass. Nothing makes him happier than sitting quietly, feeling the earth beneath him, and watching the world go by. It’s his peaceful happy place. He could live with a dog‑savvy cat.
Ninja will make a wonderful companion: friendly, loving, expressive, and full of heart. He has so much love to give and truly deserves a safe, kind home in the West.
