We are delighted to announce that Nowzad founder Pen Farthing will be a guest speaker at a special afternoon event hosted by the Banstead District Branch of the Royal British Legion.
Scheduled for Saturday, 7th March 2026, this event brings together two organisations dedicated to supporting those who have served. Pen will be sharing powerful stories from his deployments, discussing the challenges and triumphs of rescuing dogs and supporting local communities.
Sharing the platform will be Service Dogs UK, an incredible organisation that pairs veterans with specially trained assistance dogs to support those living with PTSD.

- Meet a Rescue: You will have the opportunity to meet one of Pen's rescue dogs in person.
- Support the Cause: Books will be available for purchase on the day.
