Tambah, MJ, Trigger, Rosie and Zito were a litter of pups born on a base in Eastern Afghanistan and luckily for the Famous Five there were five soldiers each interested in adopting. 
Getting them all to the Nowzad shelter was a task but they safely made it and after vaccinations and health checks we could start fundraising to get them home to the US.

Although each dog had its own distinct personality they all got on well as a group during the few months they were required to stay at the Nowzad shelter before their onward travel to the USA and their forever homes!
