We were contacted about Roxy in early March 2012. She was a pup if around 4 months old who had been fortunate enough to find someone on a base to love her and now wanted to take her to a new life in America.
After some careful planning Roxy started her journey to the Nowzad shelter. On arrival, Roxy wasn’t feeling too well so we immediately treated her and very soon her health improved and she was vaccinated and was growing like a weed! Roxy was an absolute pleasure to have around at the shelter and quickly became known as Roxy the Rock Star!
On 22 April 2012 we were able to send Roxy on her way to America to be reunited with her owner.
Roxy has settled well into her new life and makes friends with all that she meets!
