Roscoe was rescued by soldiers on a base in Kabul.  An all too familiar policy change came in and Roscoe’s soldier contacted us to ask for help to get him home to America.

We collected Roscoe and brought him to the shelter where he received all of his shots and patiently waited for the time to come when it would be his turn to leave.  Roscoe stayed with us for around 6 weeks and then his funds were raised and he was old enough to travel and in February 2012 he flew off to a new life in the USA with his soldier.
