Muffin came to us at the beginning of March 2012. She had been living happily with her owner on a base in Kabul but the all too familiar policy change came along and Muffin was in danger of being euthanized.
We collected Muffin from her base, and after a health check she was vaccinated and neutered. Muffin settled quickly with the other cats at the shelter once her isolation period was over and she waited patiently for the days to pass until she could go home to her owners family.
On 22 April 2012 the day came and we put Muffin on a plane to her new life in America!
